Added The Last Resistance

Some chart changes in the new songs

Rebalanced some other songs

Ranking method has changed, now the accuracy is literally everything

Judge types now has Strict, Balanced and Lenient (Press spacebar to change)

Strict is stricter than before, Balanced is 72ms(Easier than old Strict), and Lenient now has okay and nice ratings so not exactly the most useful thing

There is some sort of bug in the Blasters, you have to fully release the button and repress it to actually block them

The sound effect on blocking the arrows changed from a "ding" to a "pak" (so ugly)

(and now getting 80+ is like hellish hard lol)
