Riley is the younger sister of sammy tuowasin

like her sister she was in her dads gang from age 3 and was raised on gang life

however unlike her sister she took over the gang and is now the leader making her untouchable

in 20?? She was arrested for money laundering but got bailed out she regularly visited sammy in rehab but they got into a fight about Riley taking over the gang which was something Sammy didn’t approve of because she thought she wasn’t ready and that she didn’t have to carry in her fathers legacy but she didn’t care about her opinion

After Sammy got out of rehab she decided to reach out to reconnect but Sammy said she wasn’t interested and would speak to her at family gatherings even tho she didn’t go to them

One day she decided to surprise Sammy with a fist hoping they can sort out they’re issues but instead she found out about Tammy but swore not to tell anyone, they’re relationship has gotten back on track tho, they sometimes go and graffiti random buildings

riley is a chill person who people find intimidating she can be cool but she is BRUTALLY honest and upfront with people it’s gotten her into some trouble with other gangs or members of her gang before but she can’t be touched due to her status

she describes herself as a freedom fighter and thinks alot like characters like hobie brown from spider man across the spiderverse for example
