Hello World - Complete the prologue.
Hint: Defeat Noobador, then head into the Ice Cave.
Dethroned - Complete chapter 1.
Hint: Defeat Cruel King. Completing this chapter awards you with the Ice Dagger which restores 20% of Health Points and Special Points to the entire party.
Panacea - Complete chapter 2.
Hint: Defeat Bubonic Plant. Completing this chapter awards you with the Venomshank which deals 3 points of damage and poisons all enemies for three turns.
Redemption - Complete chapter 3.
Hint: Defeat HATRED. Completing this chapter awards you with Ghostwalker which makes the entire party (nearly) untouchable for infinite turns on entire battle.
Associated with Combat
Baller - Succesfully hit 4 action commands in a single line bounce.
Hint: You have to get firstly linebounce card first which it's located in the first room of Ice Cave. Next, select the linebounce attack on Ball action and bounce the ball without missing during the battle with maximum FOUR enemies.
True DPS - Deal over 12 damage in one hit.
Hint: You need build (or) and also some items, for example these steps:
Ante up card + Knight card + First Charge effect > Charge Up action > Power Stab attack.
Bombastic - Defeat 4 enemies with one bomb.
Hint: Firstly, you have to find the battle where are four enemies. Next, decrease their health to 1 Health Point. Then use the bomb.
Savior - Save a friend from being downed in battle.
Hint: You have to find the Cure card somewhere in Cemetery or at 0 floor of The Pit. Next, wait at the moment your teammate got the mortal damage, but you have to react.

SP+ - In the Rugged Rainforest (again, and again), underneath the bridge area. It's also buyable from the witch at the Telamon's Manor
Speed Spin - In the Rugged Rainforest (again, and again, and again), northeast of the mango tree.
Investor - Between two anthills it entrances is blocked by the vegetation. It will drop after winning the secret Supreme Mosquito boss fight.
Call: Red n' Blue - They give you as a reward for saving everyone during the raid on the train.

A Call for Help! - Earn the respect of the Blackrock King after successfully rematching him five times in Guru's Nirvana.
Hint: As the description says, go to the Guru's Nirvana and rematch Blackrock King five times. You'll collect Call: Blackrock King card. But only thing you should remember is completing chapter 1 first.

Hint: When you acquire the dynamite in the Snowy Thicket, Tutorial Terry suggests you to free Jim the Accountant. Use the dynamite to free him. Then go to Roadtown and collect Whole Pizza which restores 50 health points. Awarding Heartless achievement on same file is unobtainable.
Missable/Miscellaneous
A Price to Pay - Anger the gods.
Hint: This achievement can be obtained only if you start the new file. When Tutorial Terry ask you are you have a good nap, choose the How about I kill you option. It activates the impossible boss fight, because Tutorial Terry is to OVERPOWERED. Lose the boss fight instead.
Free Balloon Day - Ruin the clown's day.
Hint: There's the clown sells the balloons in the Bizville. Cut the balloon ropes with your sword.
Pretty Fire - These guys are pretty cool ngl...
Hint: In the Ice Cave, there's an entrance to the secret Fireball card to the right to the ladder leading to Supreme Ant boss fight. Head into it and talk to the red ants.

Hint: In the Roadtown, there's secret entrance to the Penguinland to the left of waterfall. Walk through it and talk to the random penguin.
Heartless - How could you?
Hint: Just as in Rock And a Hard Place achievement, Tutorial Terry suggests you to free Jim when you acquire the dynamite in the Snowy Thicket. But difference is you have left Jim to die. Just do not free him and complete chapter 1. Awarding Rock and a Hard Place achievement on same file is unobtainable.
