You cannot call for Luigi's help during UNBEATABLE.
Beating the game makes you able to call Luigi at every moment, except for that song. which is sad, bacause I prefer story over gameplay and it being hard sucks. I also hate that NO MISS part.
I beated every song, the only one missing is actually Unbeatable.
