I mean there isn't much about him that is new, other than the fact he's reconsidering wanting to fight against Ryu only for revenge and out of pure hatred. Talk about character evolution!
Also nothing new to mention other than in his X-ism he replaces his Tiger Blow with his Tiger Uppercut from SFII and that his Tiger Crush command is the one in that game. I don't think i've talked about it before but he is a fireball-based zoner (anti-shoto too) with slow but excellent anti-air normals.
