I got Undertale to run on a Windows XP Emulator (WMWare Workstation 17 Player) A little laggy but the whole ruins is playable.
Guys I may of discovered something... I haven't found any documented... well ANYTHING of this. So, I hit the 1 key (service mode) and it brought up this, and I used 2 (service 1) to scroll through the options.

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!
