Xeno is passive, he won't hurt anyone unless they hurt him, he's kind to everyone, except his enemies, and over all just a chill dude to hang out with.
Phanes is just evil, like, VERY evil, he doesn't have any remorse, or smypathy for anything or anyone, always hated Sonic for his heroism and cockyness, loves to kill in the most gruesome ways possible, no matter what.
