scp 1145 was found in march 14,2013 after a youtuber went into the closed off road at night,when police arrived the youtuber was gone and only a arm and video recorder was left. this scp is contained in (REDACTED) road and forbid anyone to enter the area at all times. the picture was taken by the youtuber before they were killed.
