Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6328 is to be kept in a standard 10 by 10 foot containment cell, with 4 armed guards outside in the event of a containment breach. Only personnel with level 3 access or higher are to be permitted within SCP-6328’s cell, and all personnel are to be smiling at all times while within SCP-328’s containment cell. All tests or communication attempts to SCP-6328 is to first be ran by no less than 3 members of the O5 council.

Description: SCP-6328 is a tall, thin, humanoid like entity measuring 7, 3 feet tall, and weighing 134 pounds. It has long fingers measuring 2 feet long, and hands that are out of proportion from the rest of its body. In its docile form, SCP-6328 has an unnaturally long smile stretched across the entire length of the entity’s face, with 47 teeth, all varying in size. In this form, SCP-6328 will not attempt to harm anyone. However, SCP-6328 will become hostile when they come across somebody who is displaying signs of being sad, depressed, or scared of the entity in any way, such as; frowning, backing away, shivering, crying, or running. Once SCP-6328 becomes hostile, its smile will become a frown that stretches down its face in an almost cartoonish way. It will then go to the person that is displaying these features, and place its fingers inside the person’s mouth. It will then proceed to stretch the persons jaw into a smile as wide as its own, resulting in a large fracture of the skull, killing victims 95% of the time. After the subject is killed, SCP-6328’s smile will return, and it will revert back to its docile state. SCP-6328 has been shown to be resilient to bullets, or any other method of harming SCP-6328. Subjects that SCP-6328 goes after are to be immediately evacuated from the premises, and shown to a safe bunker, where they will stay until SCP-6328 has gone back to a neutral state.
