Seb's Devlog #74: 4/9/2023

What happened?


I had a great birthday party, and I didn't need to push it back for another day. I expected at least someone to say "happy birthday," but beggars can't be choosers.

So anyway, to continue on what I've said from 3/19/23, I have an idea of what I want to reconstruct from the intro of the game. This isn't a concrete plan, so expect some changes in a later time without any notice.

-Idea 1: Make the scene longer by adding Jonathan walk to the item shop after Annoying Nerd (No, Joey, you can't use the sprites, including ANY of my work, and then shit all over it by scaling them down for a RPG Maker 2k3 spritesheet, make your own.) is defeated the first time. At least you'll get to know what items you'll use later.

-Idea 2: Change how Nerd enters the Bunker. If Nerd's entering from the entrance, he can't be entering the Bunker by the sewers. Except that sounds like a stupid idea I like and would want to explore, but then again, sewer levels. ...Does anyone like them?

-Idea 3: REVIEW THE DAMN WRITING. It's not perfect, but there's no reason to strive to be not excellent. That means no grammar mistake left unnoticed not on purpose, and also other stuff that I probably forgot to mention.
