On December 12, 2023, him, along with another person, were arrested in suspicion of sexually assaulting an intoxicated woman. The woman stated that she fell asleep and woke up to the sounds of two men recording the act. Police reports called him "Person A". He went to his last court hearing on January 17, 2024, and facing up to 7-years imprisonment if found guilty.
