For several years working in this engine, I've had a problem switching to fullscreen mode; the screen usually became very blurry. The problem was solved with just one button in the game's global settings: switching from Direct3D 9 to 11.
So now you can enjoy pixels all over your wide screen.

I have already posted about how I would like to see the chapters/missions selection screen, but I have a better idea, I think it will suit more.
About the main menu: 
I settled on the third option; the other two are no longer relevant. The chosen option is amusing, isn't it? How can anyone take the police seriously in those bright vests?
