yes, but theoretically how can one have sex in minecraft? It makes most sense for it to be multiplayer mode, however, we should be able to hear the shrieking/shouting of the other player as they engage in insane murderfuck intercourse. But that's not the case. It couldn't possibly be the creeper he mentions so much, because if so, he would be exploded and dead. I assume it has to the grandma, and it makes sense she wouldn't be able to talk because she is dying. And I think Timmy is to blame.
