Take everything you are not able to draw as an "skill issue" rather than a lack of talent. If you can't draw for example backgrounds, it's NOT because you are inheriting bad at it, it's because you need to study and learn until you get good at it.
It's kind of a "get good" mentality but it really helped me to see my flaws from another perspective, and motivates me everyday to improve as an artist
