Ladies and Gentlemen welcome to sheriff! a semi new fnaf fangame that heisen recommended me to play, i played it, REALLY liked it, so i decided to make a full review on it, with that out of the way let's start the show!

Here's our menu pretty basic stuff but hey, at least the songs a banger!

Let's hop into the game and start our very first day.

We get another cutscene of Rhys shitty ass life at prison.

When rhys finally goes to sleep he has some scaaaaaaaaaaaary ass nightmares, without a further ado let the hours begin.

Now the game doesn't have phone calls but it does have little guide books which are the games main way of telling you what to do, starting with the first hour "Human Mishaps"

Before talking about the mechanics let's get a bit familiar with our environment like our uh, office?

We got two entrances the door, and the vent. And to the left of us we got a machine which we use for the cams.

Simply click on the screen to use the cams.

We also have a lever and a gas mask but i'll talk about those later for our first hour in this shithole we have 2 characters active those being the sheriff himself RaveDan and some swat guy

They both have the exact same mechanic

They start at the hallway 2 cam and eventually get into your room, where you simply have to use the lever to release gas and put on the mask so that you don't die.

And uh that's really it for hour 1 nothing too special really happens, you don't even have to use the cams but trust me things are gonna get a LOT more interesting later on into the game.

For beating hour 1 we get an uh "cutscene" of rave meeting his new lawyer called felix about an experiment raves working on that's uh about it onto hour 2 "heating things up"

We got 2 new threats active being Cremation and a furnace...

Let's start with consume, first, she'll always be in the buried room fucking with your temperature.

You have to use your mouse wheel and try your hardest to keep the temperature right in the middle, but she has 2 more ways of attacking you the first one being fucking popup ads.

Just uh close them cause in your dreams adblockers don't exist wow we really are living in a nightmare HAH.

And for the last one she'll send a virus and you have to find it on the cams Jollibee style.

Onto Cremation, every now and then he'll try to mess with your a/c just make the temperature cold to scare him away.

After that he'll hide in one of the cameras simply find and stare at him to make him fully leave you alone.

And yeah that was hour 2 a lot better than what hour 1 had to offer, we got plenty of camera usage and you already know how much i love my cams. We don't get a cutscene so onto hour 3 "plants vs targets"

We got three brand new threats active those being the Buried Man a random Target thing and Ravedans pet plant Hunter.

Let's start with Hunter first he'll make a disgusting ass noise and you have to search all the cams to find and stare at him.

It sounds simple and that's cause it is, BUT his hiding spots in some of the cams is kinda hard to find but besides that it's whatever onto Target.

You now have a gun next your gas mask and you can use it to well shoot things! specifically targets he'll make a sound cue and you just gotta shoot right in the middle to make him leave.

And finally for in my opinion at least the hardest threat of the game the Buried Man.

He'll be in the hallway cam slowly coming out of his grave when he's fully out he'll head towards your office and you have to abandon everything you were doing and hide in the coffin so that he'll eventually leave.

And that was hour 3 this is the part where the game starts to become really fun with all the threats being distinct from each other except RaveDan and the uh stupid swat guy but whatever.

We get another one of those "cutscenes" of RaveDan and the swat guy arguing over the legal system nothing too special again so onto hour 4.

We don't get a book just a single bloody note.

Tonight only one new threat becomes active that being Headless Ray.

He's again in my silly little opinion the second hardest character in the game right next to the buried man, all because of his stupid fucking claws.

His main way of attacking is appearing in the generator cam, where you simply gotta use the shocker on him to send him away.

Now onto the claws starting with the most annoying one the red claw.

Every now and then it'll show up in your office and you gotta just shoot it to make it leave.

The blue claw will appear in the cams and works like phantom bb just close and open the cams to deal with it.

and finally, for the yellow claw, it'll appear right next to you in the coffin. this one’s really bad, especially when the buried man’s attacking. go in and out of it really fast to deal with it, and pray to god that the buried man won't kill you.

and yep, that was hour 4. just like hour 3, it was really fun, just like all the other hours. the whole game goes from being pretty good to really good pretty fast, and i like that. onto hour 5.

Huh we don't get a note book OR a note this time, in fact no one new becomes active this hour so uh you know what that means, cutscene time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who would've guessed RaveDan and Felix are arguing again, rave just gets tired of this bullshit and pulls out his guns and kill felix. OH.

Probably not a good idea to kill your lawyer cause like, who the fuck is going to defend you now bruh.

Another cutscene starts with rave and Rhys talking with each other.

Rhys mentions his weird ass dream and how he thinks rave put something in his food but rave just thinks he's crazy Rhys brings up all the weirdos he saw during the nightmare like the buried man and headless ray but rave still thinks he's crazy and sends him back the cutscenes ends with rave calling Lanricks himself to take care of the job gulp.

It's time for the second day and uh-

WOW fuck you dude.

Anyway tonight the final character of the game becomes active that being the games developer Lanricks.

He'll appear in either the generator or office entrance and all you gotta do is hold down a button to make him leave.

and that's about it now with everyones mechanics covered it's a perfect time for me to leave my thoughts on the gameplay and it's really great? i don't really know how to explain it but everything just works together so damn well the mechanics are simple but man are they fun to do especially stuff like shooting the target and dealing with lanricks or uh getting the buried man to fuck off honestly? i don't really even see a flaw in it except like again rave and the swat dude having the same mechanic in a game where everyone else does unique stuff but that's just a minor complaint i fucking love the gameplay loop in this game so much but enough glazing let's go back to the game

Rave congrats us for beating his challenge and hypes us up for our exciting and juicy death sentence, rave keeps shitting on rhys for murdering that kid for basically no reason at all.......

it's time for the final day.....

now we're playing as the sheriff himself ravedan the lawyer is pretty pissed at us and is doing everything in his power to try to kill us here's our brand new office and our new tools to survive

we got a gun and a taser and a door we must keep closed whenever you see the vents uh wiggling just shoot it with the gun to make it stop

when ever hands show up in the office use the taser on them to make them go away

when ever you hear you hear footsteps go to the door and hold it shut

the whole time you're dealing with the lawyer rhys is also at it and trying to kill us too

if he's at either the left or right side look to the opposite side and if he's in the middle shoot him in the head

oh yeah there's also these super annoying hallucinations that may or may not be the opp of this whole night but whatever

around halfway through the night rhys gets stabbed by a ghost thing and stops appearing

now it's only you and the lawyer and a giant health bar gulp

the lawyer stops going to the door and just appears in your room when he does shoot him right in the head

sometimes you'll get stuck and have to spam e so keep that in mind but after a whole lot of spamming and shooting the lawyer goes down with ease.....

we get a cutscene of the lawyer crashing the fuck out

The lawyer says he's gonna kill rave and wear his skin AND calls him a little shit, but as he's yapping he gets stabbed by Headless Ray.

And then Lanricks comes into the room.

Rave says he doesn't wanna talk about it and leaves the room.

And Lan just stares at a photo on the ground.

And just like that the credits... roll.

there IS a post credit scene after this but i'm not gonna spoil it but overall i had a blast playing through sheriff and i highly recommend yall to play it too it's fun from the start till the end there's never a boring moment here it gets a solid 8.5 from me and earns it self the whitebun seal of approval again PLEASE play this game i promise you won't regret thanks for taking your time to read and i'll see yall in the flipside cya!
