Should I delay the work on multiplayer and focus on single player to release the next version sooner?

So, I’ve spent a long (LONG) time trying to make the multiplayer work correctly, efficiently and without the need to use hamachi or to portforward. But since I didn’t got much progress until now and there are still things that I need to work on the game, should I simply focus on the single player game and release the next version (1.3.0) but without multiplayer or should I still try to make the multiplayer on version 1.3.0?

(I’ll not entirely remove the multiplayer, just not going to enable it until I fix it)

So I was gonna make a proper update in here, but apparently gamejolt's Devlogs are now extremely limited and I can't talk much, so have this print instead. Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.
