This is an art of a mini moment that happens in one of the first few episodes of thomas (and one of the stories from the railway series too since the series is based on said book series. Also if you're wondering why Henry is blue when in the series he's green, it's because at the end of the first book of the series and for a few books, he was painted blue but later changed back to green)
