alright so i haven't been posting devlogs on it YET AGAIN since i'm busy with my non-gamedev projects (like my website at yoyle.city) and other stuff

first of all, this game is on a hiatus until i finish my sonic.exe retake (the creepypasta in general is too cliche so imma try my best to make it look good)

the retake in question is inspired by the official sonic.exe remake as well as jbm's take on sonic.exe (tbh i like the concept of sonic.exe being a computer virus it just feels right to me)

as for the game itself, well, i don't think that the "accurate sonic fangame" style would fit in there and instead it would look like a lost media sonic fangame made in TGF (aka old clickteam fusion 2.5)

alongside that, the exeified character designs might also get a redesign since, you know, too cliche
