Honestly, not sure how it works, I've just made one so that it exists and people can use it if they like. It's a new feature from gamejolt. From what I gather, anyone can post there, ask questions, submit fanart etc.

I've been testing the game and I'm so excited to release it publicly. It's horrifying! However, we do need to iron out some bug issues first and make it slightly less difficult. As you can see from this death screen I died a lot. But good stuff is coming!
