you don't need to go read fifty books or scan a qr code that only flashes on screen for 2 milliseconds that only pops up once per save file. Everything is neatly laid out.

Sure there's some extra stuff you can find but it isn't needed to understand the story

Not knowing that Caesar is Ashley's biological father or that Lake had an older model with a mustache isn't going to make you clueless on the story.

Everything you NEED to know is ingame.

Everything else is just stuff for people who enjoy the story and want more world building and more detail.

This goes for both games but i prefer together again.

Mainly because of Harlan my precious son who has done no wrong.
