Small development update (Slowing down/semi-hiatus?)

Development on this project will be slowing down or being paused for a couple of reasons.

As you could probably tell from the videos I sent out, I don't have any audio for this game yet. I've mentioned before that I'm talking with a friend about getting an OST going, but we haven't been able to make it happen yet.

As for sounds effects, I need to talk with another friend before I can say anything about that.

After that, I have no plan for the boss. Each of the four levels is functionally complete (although a tiny bit of tweaking for some of them isn't out of the question), and all there's left to do on the gameplay end is add the boss arena, being the dining hall.

Don't expect any major updates in the next few weeks. Hope you guys understand.

The game is now playable from start to finish!!!

Provided without context.

The trailer is complete!

It will be published at launch, which hopefully won't be too long. The only thing keeping me is a few music tracks.

Madeline is the main protagonist of the mountain climbing platformer, Celeste. The game has been praised for its visuals, gameplay, and introspective narrative. The game's creator Maddy Thorson confirmed that Madeline is trans in 2020.

Development on a trailer is underway, and hoping to have the game out by the end of the summer at the latest!

Death now has a little more flair to it.

Nothing like big red text that stares you in the face and tells you that you lost.

Dive into the cozy post-apocalyptic open world of Critter Cove!

Gentleman Rat Studios (@GR-Rob ) describe it as “a little bit Animal Crossing, a little bit Stardew Valley. Maybe even a little bit Windwaker, too."

Here's my contribution to #screenshotsaturday, showing off the wizard enemies in the library level! It also showcases the Shield spell. I could probably change the color of the hit numbers and fireballs to be more visible, though.
