Usually Reginald is always seen with wavering hair and a messy mustache, but today is different as he's sorted it out and now his hair and mustache don't look messy anymore :3
(Idk if this design change will stick but if you ever wondered what he would look like if his mustache and hair were smooth then this is pretty much that)
