I didn't really get to work on Smile Agency, so I'll just spoil something interesting from the game here. :')
Smile Agency shows the continuation of BB's fate after the happy ending in Red Room. (Happy ending is the canon ending by the way!)
She's not the main character, but is a supporting character and the senior of Smile Agency's MC. Years after the events of Red Room, she joined the agency as a volunteer going with the alias **"Sunny", supporting those who struggle with depression. You'll talk to her from time to time throughout the game as you try your best to support the first person you're assigned to.
**Fake optimistic names Smile Agency volunteers use instead of their real name to hide their identity, personal information and such
