Tutorial level! W.I.P

The controls are only explained on the game's description, and there might be people who won't read it, so I'm adding a tutorial level in-game just in case.

I want to avoid using dialogue in this game, so hopefully this is enough lol

Marshmallow Stories - Added Coins and Health Boosters.

- Added the "Store" tab to the main menu.
