Context: This is Long John Pete, a FNaTI fan-character I made in not even 10 minutes. The design derives from a normally inaccessible file in 6.0, featuring "The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog's" version of Dr. Robotnik with the quote above. The name comes from Robotnik's voice actor, Long John Baldry, and Pete's body was added onto it because I was told about the Robotnik image with a friend joking about it being "fnati majin sonic."
