you may be wondering why i'm saying this guy is filip well

1. I have had no previous interaction with this guy, I didn't even know he existed until recently so why would he block me?

2. 

   one of the shouts call him filip and is welcoming him back

Filip used to make fnatas edits before his account was delted

I don't think this is all a coincidence i think that Filip returned and blocked me probably for making the post about him and the evidence is pretty damning to the point where this being a coincidence is of the table.
