However He isnt part of the official H&C gang, He is the guardian of the Heaven Island (Who is also immortal)
Ill make more lore drop about him later.

Moveset Idea for Espio in OM as i wanna see if i can do good movesets for things im not much afflicted with.
(I saw the concept images where the Chaotix would be just one big character, but i'll be ignoring that and how Espio lacks a mouth in his model.)
