So, I finally played Sonic.exe the disaster 2D remake, and I wanna share my opinion on that game


Let's start with the worst part: the game features NU character and locations. In my opinion, NU sucks, JaizKoyz really didn't deserved all the fame he got in my opinion, and seeing Exetior in the game really makes me scream. Other 2 characters, Exeller and Chaos, are not as bad as Exetior, but I still hate them. The only one that I won't complain about is the Crimson X, tho they could've feature 2011X cuz that's the current canon Sonic.exe, but no, they decided to go for Crimson X and other shit. I would've actually loved to see 2011X Lord X, Faker and OMT instead of Sonic.exe, Exetior, Chaos and Exeller, but that's my personal opinion.

Also, the graphics sucks in some places. The characters are having different artstyles, custom tilesets are just looking bad.

Now, onto the good part:

GAMEPLAY!

The game is really fun to play. Like, despite the bad graphics and choice of characters, I really enjoyed the gameplay. It's fun to play as both EXE and his victims, really.

And also, I love the fact that the game supports mods, that gave us an awesome mod called Sonic.exe Call of the Void, which replaces all bad parts I mentioned with peak EXEs and graphics (tho I'm not a big fan of 2017X).

My personal rating: 6/10
