So I found something really weird in Turquoise Oddities


So recently I was playing turquoise oddities, Which is a game I found pretty recently. While I was playing the game I found this weird easter egg in the files. It doesn't have a name unlike most files in Scratch games that are converted into exe games. I found this in the files after I saw it pop up before my game crashed. Before then the game was already acting strange. I have no idea what this is supposed to be but it scares me. Please respond if you have any ideas.
