So I redrew the new funkin start up screen cause i think that it’s really cute
i did two versions aswell just because
First image is with reference in the funkin style
second image is without reference and in my own style
third image is a reference
i did two versions because when I started sketching I did it without reference and from memory and when I finished I then got a reference I did edit some stuff but it was tiny things
I then drew another sketch with the reference and thought that it would be a fun challenge to do one without reference and one with a reference this tested my memory skills Abit but I think i did a good job
I will be posting speedpaints of both versions cause I recorded my process

1You ever just wanna stay up past your bedtime for a little bit to finsih off a part of your artwork but then you hear sounds and get scared it’s someone about to come in your room even though no one checks if I’m actually asleep anymore cause I’m not five
I should learn to stop being so insecure of what people think of me
It would be so funny if all my favourite characters were just running in my head replacing the emotions from inside out because it would end in tears and blood
