I noticed a pattern (kinda) with the way how Pokemon has released remakes. It goes something like this: Every generation, they make a remake that is divided by half of the current generation number. For example: Gen 4 had Gen 2 remakes. 2 is half of 4. Gen 6 had Gen 3 remakes. 3 is half of 6. So, not including the gen one remakes, this means that we are due for another remake. And because Sw/Sh is Generation 8, it would be Gen 4s turn.
