While I did later realize that I suck at reading docs, I still wanna leave my thoughts about it. I'm gonna get hate for it, but whatever.

Yes, Maple & co. did do bad shit, but so far it doesn't look as bad as Mac painted it to be.

Like, the green reeking transfem dog thing. The way Mac censored it made it look way worse than it actually was. In the end, it was just the dog with pubic hair, armpit hair and nipple piercing without the actual nipples appearing. Yes, it's still very weird that the pubic and armpit hair were even included in the first place, but it's not actual explicit nudity.

I must say, however, that, even if it's fictional, having an incest fetish is disgusting af. Discussing fetish stuff with minors, even if you were also a minor at the time, is pretty bad. The fact that these discussions even happened at such a young age lead me to believe that Maple & co. were introduced early to NSFW content, which, as someone who also was introduced to such content early, is pretty sad, but does not justify such discussions.

I do think both sides handled Syren poorly. Neither sides considered her well being when dealing with this situation. Not letting her know about the full situation is pretty bad, and not letting her choose what she does regarding this is questionable.

One last thing about Mac's side. I get that being stressed can lead to immature responses, but pressuring people into siding with you is just not it. Suppressing others' freedom of speech and thoughts in favor of your beliefs is one of the worst things you could do.

In conclusion, until Mac's doc is out, I won't be siding with anyone. Maple and co. did nasty shit, but, with the things Mac did, I can't in good faith side with her either.
