Notice: This is a remake of Angel.exe's Hyper Kostas VS Sonic.EXE! I'll explain everything that we need for the game. Including the engine I plan on using. This may be a total downgrade for the artwork, but it is what it is. I wasn't able to make a background for Metropolis, since I don't have the color pallete for it.
