One year ago, on the 24th of March, I posted the first versions of my fanmade designs for the soul children. I only made Jack, Kyle, Jessica, Hellen, Michael, Timmy, Mona and Upton at first, but I eventually took it a step further and began making more designs (their parents, what Terry and Jerry would have looked like if they were alive, etc.)

I had a lot of fun making lore about the children, and in my opinion it's one of the best things I made in order to show my dedication towards my favorite FNaF fangame series.

After a while though, I realized that I needed to come up with a name for all the lore I made. AWWJ: Origins was an idea I had in my mind for a second, but it felt lame. Then I thought about AWWJ: Souliverse, which was a little better, but still felt out of place.

Then, my friend Shad suggested an idea for the title: AWWJ: Soul Smiles, and in February 2026, I made the redesigns for the soul children (except for Terry and Jerry, which will not be included in AWWJ: SS) while I made the redesigns for their parents a month later.
