So, it seems that Minecraft's eula (End User License Agreement) was recently updated, and it describes certain restrictions placed on commercial products that may use its name and brand.


While I think the fangames I've created are still ok, I would recommend being careful if you happen to go and record and upload them to YouTube. Some of my games use sounds from Minecraft, and I'm not sure if videos with those sounds could be given a copyright strike.
