so smw 1.0 rom DOES have some sort of optimizasion, as i noticed some tracks would be late and the game stops it early, might as well make some differences in graphics...

also, the console will be ntsc so pal roms are not in the flash cart for testing (unless you have a pal snes with a flash cart)
this change was done on both versions (japan and international) now translating intro logo before level names
