basically what you have to do is that you have to clear the act with exactly 69 rings and the time at 4 minutes, 20 seconds, and have to have no less than 13,000 points. And supposedly when you do that and the whole "Sonic Has Passed" thing comes up, apparently the Fortnite victory theme plays in the Genesis Soundfont. What's my source that this is what happens? Trust me bro. Try it and you'll see.

So somebody told me that in Sonic 1, only in the Origins Port of it, there's this Easter Egg you can get in the second act of Green Hill Zone.
