Mechanics:
There will be a character testing game where I will put a random character chosen by the wheel into testing. Then, I code the said character and release it to the testing game. Now here comes the part where your opinion will come into help. You read it right, your opinion matter. This is how it's gonna work. Whenever you give your feedback on the character, there's a chance it will appear in a poll with 2 other feedbacks and the one with the most votes gets implemented in the character. Simple? simple.
