In Simple Terms,They Couldnt Do Shit,it Happened when Soul Tried to Sell the Game.

Soul Made the Devs Sign an NDA Long Time Ago to Not Share anything to the Public about it.

They had only two Choices there.

Either Pay Soul a percentage to Not Make Him Sell The Game.

Or Let Him sell the Game to some Shady and Greedy Company.

However,Soul Is Basically Fucked Now,The Dumbass Broke His Own NDA,so Hytoko could Sue Soul.

Also,Aprex was Fired By Soul.
