So, what's next for Endfall?

Endfall will release in Chapters?

Yep, that's right. Endfall will release in different chapters.

Why did I do this? Well, first of all, I'm not a very good game developer I really struggle even when it comes to making something as simple as a platformer, because I'm very new to this and I don't have much experience. So that means it will probably take me a lot of time to make one level.

Oh and I'm also still in school so yeah, it's kind of hard being a solo game dev

So that's why I'm dividing this by chapters, so you don't have to wait like 40 years for the full game.

How long will one Chapter be?

Chapters will probably be like 2-3 hours long, and there will also be a LOT of extra content.

What other things are coming to the world of Endfall?

I'm planning things like:

• Minigames

• Boss Fights

• More Characters

• More Creatures

• Golden Cookies?

• Other Collectables

• Something like Animal Crossing's Critterpedia

• More Abilities for the Scarf

• Side Quests

• And more!

How much will it cost?

Chapters are planned to cost $4.99 each

Will Endfall ever come to Steam?

I would love to release it on Steam, but there's one big problem, I don't even have the age to do so

So I guess I'll have to wait a while for that to happen

What I learned

From what I've seen, the Endfall DEMO has been received very well. But, I noticed that the DEMO has not really shown it's full potential, it's like it needed something more to really shine. Maybe it's just me but that's what I have concluded from this last two weeks.

I have really been thinking about what this game really needs and I think I got it, but I'm not really 100% sure. It's just that many indie games often have a hook, something that makes it stand out from the others, and I think Endfall doesn't really have one.

So right now, I've been REALLY thinking about that, and I'll try to experiment this month and find what really makes this game special.

Obviously, that doesn't mean I'm not grateful of all the attention it's gotten, I mean 300 downloads and 100 followers?? That's a LOT!
