in fredbears diner once at lenny's birthday caro wanted to mess up bonnie's programation but his hand got stuck in his mouth and ended up he got bitten, his hand got injuried and the mess was big so it basically never stopped bleeding untill the day he died

he got a scar on his cheek when walking on the forest and fell on the ground and hit his head on a fallen down tree, he was with lenny that day
