*Dust Cinder doesn't make sense since well there's no undertale monsters in his world which does mean yes he would have blood on him instead of dust*
Like Cinder neo would definitely have kris gigas hair and mouth, the reason for the mouth is because that's what cinders phase 2 usually looks like, hmmm it'd take while for me to think of a design for cinder neo that would add spice or maybe it won't idk
