The time in this universe never really move on [not quite] it stuck at midnight to 5:30 a.m. then

Reset back to midnight. But the time never still reset everyone still doing thier job like nothing no time reset paradox like that.

But even that if sun rise it can destroy anything that touch the sunlight [aka sun is deadly laser]

And after sunset everything will rebuild from ash
