I do imagine him being this caring dude that just fixes the animatronics, but I do feel like he does not act like any normal person to them, well in my fan cannon lore the animatronics have some kind of personalities like the cartoony versions of them mostly like an AI thing or a chip how they act and perform, Ove is the only worker there, for now, we don't know really much about the layout of the place so we don't know if there is more to come like a shoop and so on but we do know there surely is a kitchen due to the place being a restaurant but things aside Ove does care a lot about the animatronics like they where his only friends and he never had anything else like that, they care and they do look forward to him so he feels happy and cared for. but when 2004 came around things changed more to the weirder side, the b-day kid got missing, Bondee got burned and Kou was acting wrongly and out of place like being controlled by something... Grise is aggressive towards Ove after he broke his eye, Fourly stayed the same for now, Eggling was replaced by Chickling because he ''hatched'' out of the egg, and Ove does not feel the same love and care for them now he is terrified for his life.
