Some tweaks and updates


So I stopped working on Sarcasm Shooter a while ago when I realised how laggy it was. Then recently I realized why it was laggy so I decided to pickup the project once again.

Tweaks

  • Replaced the mesh collider on the rock wall with a box collider (gave me roughly 10 extra frames per second!)

  • removed some trees on the island map

  • thinned out the gras on the island map

  • changed the water on the island map (looks a lot more stylized now with the pro of better frame rates!)

  • Maps

  • Worked on the king of the hill map. Pretty close to completion. About 40%.

  • Models

  • Added Generic Military tent

Quantum precognition is one of the most powerful cards. End game cards & equipment. Demo/alpha build boss is no match for this deck.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
