Hello to whoever is reading this, I'm struggling to animate an Undertale Sans animation in Clickteam Fusion 2.5.
I want to make an Animated Soundtrack video and want Sans to move his arms and flash his eyes at a specific point in the song. However, I keep getting this when I try to animate it.

(It's a short GIF, but it doesn't move its arm nor flash its eyes for the rest of the time after the clip.)
What I've been doing to animate so far is that I make a group of events that consists of timers; that signify when an expression should appear in a part of a song. But every time I do something like this for these types of animations, this always happens.
But, when I do it without the timer, it does what I want.
