Something is changing the Underground NPC's coordinates.
And it's not the edge fix this time, tried it with it off and all it does it stop them being out of bounds.
Tried making the room persist and still happens.

Booo. Opened 2 packs of Chaos Rising, and 2 Korean packs of something XD, got nothing! Best card was this Pyroar card he pulled.

We did some trades too.
