My favorite #UndertaleCharacter is probably Flowey the Flower, just because he's so fascinating as a character :]

Uhhh you ever just make a lighthearted Sonic.EXE character based on Popee the Performer, and he ends up looking kinda actually creepy because you gave him NES color palette limitations for aesthetics or whatever?
