This here is a art edit i've done of the 7 Grand Dad Title Screen, but i styled it up to be in a similar style to the Sonic Mania Sprite style :) (also this isn't meant to be confused with the cancelled 7 Grand Dad Mania game, it's suppose to be something different but similar)
