This is one of my crossover universe OC for Madagascar and Sonic the Hedgehog, another Agent of The North Wind: The Escape Artist, Cathleen aka Celestia “Tia”. Based on mainly me IRL.

Tia is a creative artist with autism but she has a pure kind heart with gigantic imagination of art as she grow up. She had a happy childhood with her mother, Melinda(Melissa “Mel” Cassano(née Garcia) IRL) even though Mel herself had a tough childhood with ADHD but it doesn’t define her as long as she raised her daughter, when she had her at age 19, with love, support and courage to show her creativity to the world. Especially with her half-brother, Adrian(Aydan IRL) since he was born with a heart condition, Mel never gave up on her children no matter how the world turned her down.

One moment when Mel met the man of her life, Garett(Gary Cassano IRL) in San Francisco, they grew grew happily and strong as Tia was finishing high school(which Mel never had the chance due to a teen pregnancy) thanks to her mother’s love and support. 

That is, until……one fateful winter during the COVID era, Mel’s condition was going rapidly that caused her and Garret’s relationship to almost fail and having a strained mother-daughter relationship as they tried moving to a few states, trying to help her make her condition better, but none of it worked.

Because of it, Tia ran away, believing that the only way for her to give her mother the life she deserved is to get rid of herself from her life……..until Dr. Octavius Brine(known as Dave the Octopus) and his army of octopi abducted her as he experimented her and turned her into an anthropomorphic polar bear.

After a series of experimental tests and torture, the North Wind rescued her, starting with Corporal smashing her glass dome prison, setting her free. As they took her in, she told them how it happened. They accepted her and her creativity for who she is as they recruited her as a newest North Wind agent known as the “Escape Artist” due to her artistic ability with her Artistic Wand of Masterpiece.

Her adventures began as she and her new friends/family(especially how close she and Corporal were becoming close as they called each others step siblings since they’re polar bears) were on the mission to expose Dave’s plot to abduct the penguins in the world and turning them into mutant monsters, while encountering the Penguins of Madagascar and Sonic the Hedgehog’s daughters, The Pengtuplets as Dave revealed her to be originally human as he proceeded her to choose between being a human again or being permanently an animal forever with the retransformation serum.

After defeating Dave, Mel and Garret(which were searching for Tia to apologize for her mental actions as she and her future husband were finally about to get married) were reunited with her as Mel was so proud of how her daughter c made a brighter future with her new life. If anything, happy with her newfound animal life with her gift of her artistic use while finally staying in touch with her family, she chose to stay an animal permanently to continue to new adventures that awaits her.
